Job Context:
∎ The Head of Social Commerce Business in Bangladesh is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the social commerce business operations within the country. This includes developing and executing strategies to increase sales and revenue, building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business.
∎ The Head will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and sustainability of the business.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying new opportunities for growth.
∎ Managing the day-to-day operations of the business, Managing the sales team, overseeing logistics and supply chain management, and ensuring that all operations are in compliance with local regulations.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Driving sales and revenue growth identifying new sales opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
∎ Managing budget, monitoring expenses, forecasting revenue, and developing financial reports for the social commerce business in Bangladesh.
∎ Identify market opportunities and define the company's competitive advantage.
