Job Context:
∎ Oversee and guide all activities of the units of the SME-CRM department.
∎ Designation: AVP - VP
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising loan review requests and exceptional proposals to identify credit risk vis-à-vis all kinds of risk associated with the business by mobilizing teamwork consisting of the Credit Manager and Credit officer
∎ Credit Approval, according to DLA.
∎ Co-coordinate among credit analysts, Unit Heads, and senior management while exercising DLA and addressing all other credit issues.
∎ Arrange training and other learning platforms for department workforce.
∎ Guide and oversee MIS officials and the regular evolution of MIS reports.
∎ Encourage and lead the SME-CRM team to underwrite quality credit appraisals to ensure sustainable SME growth.
∎ Initiate process improvement and introduce automation.
∎ Periodical checking on asset quality approved under DLA at Unit Head Level and presenting the statement to senior management for onward review.
∎ Asset Quality review quarterly.
∎ Give reviews on different risk parameters of credit proposals qualified for DLA of the Department Head after due diligence by Unit Heads and respective credit teams.
