Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate will have a Master's degree preferably in Health, Social Science, Sociology, Development Studies, Gender and Development, or other relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic leadership and positioning of Plan Bangladesh as a though leader on SRHR
∎ Design/develop high quality and impact at scale programmes, projects, interventions that effectively support SRHR.
∎ Facilitate youth and girl's led collective action for SRHR, which is gender transformative, meaningful, safe, sustainable, strategic and inclusive at all levels and in all settings
∎ Lead new programme and project design and work in close coordination with the Business Development Team to secure new grants and meet the country strategy resource mobilization

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and committed team leader with a minimum 05 years' experience in senior management position especially in the field of SRHR in any development organization as well as having relevant exposure in rights based program development and management on women's' and girls' empowerment.
