Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Back office Accounting, Banks & Financial, CDBL
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Share Brokerage/ Securities House, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect all reports from CDBL
∎ Opening and maintain account opening and others
∎ Execute/check Pay-out list from CDBL
∎ Collect Corporate Action and update record date information
∎ Reconcile CDBL balances with back office software
∎ Execute Pay-In and Pay Out, solve problems if occurring in process
∎ DEMAT, Transfer, Transmission
∎ Solve CDBL related problems
∎ Settle Death case issues
∎ Settle all kind of share sell declaration issues
∎ Follow up for the settlement instructions from all clients
∎ Assist Compliance and Loan Administration department by providing all related documents on need basis
∎ Communicate with custodian banks, clients for settlement
∎ Oversee the entire departmental work and process
∎ Maintain 100% error free data and ensuring zero complaints from customer's side or audit observation
∎ Communicate with DSE & CSE for any task related function
∎ Maintain daily MIS report for management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of local laws, CDBL/DSE/CSE and BSEC Rules & Regulations.
∎ Proficient in Excel, Word, PP Presentation.
∎ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Smart & pro-active.
∎ Positive attitude towards others.
