∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank and Financial Institution, Merchant Bank, Risk Management, Share brokerage, Share Department/ Company Secretariat
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Properly implementing the Board's policies, decisions, directions and priorities
∎ Managing the day to day operations of the Company and making all reasonable efforts to ensure that its operation is run efficiently and effectively
∎ Develop strategic plans to maximize the shareholders' value and position the Company for increased return on investment
∎ Lead and direct department Heads and officers in the development and implementation of tactics to attain their respective strategic objectives
∎ Review on a periodical basis business plans, activities, benchmarks, operating targets and results in consultation with Department Heads to ensure that corporate objectives and targets are met
∎ Maximize the Company's financial resources (in consultations with the Director Finance) to ensure that financial objectives and benchmarks are met
∎ Inculcate company strategy and philosophy to the executive team members
∎ Report to the Board of Directors and shareholders regarding the Company's plans and performance including preparing annual budget and business plan to be presented to the Board
∎ Assist the Board in formulating corporate strategy and in representing the Company to the key shareholders, the investment community, joint venture partners, regulators and other key stakeholders
∎ Execute the responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards and in accordance with the Company's policies
∎ Develop, inculcate and maintain the Company's culture, values, standards and reputation in its markets with all team members, clients, partners, regulators and key stakeholders. Ensure that department Heads do the same at their appropriate level
∎ Ensure that the Company conducts its business in compliance with laws, regulations, company policy and standard practices
∎ Recruit, select, develop and retain executive team members to support the strategies and to capitalize on opportunities for growth in consultation with the Board, where necessary
∎ Lead the strategic cross-functional development of key executives and provide programs and tools for their professional skills development
∎ Respond to the inquiries from the regulators, Board and stakeholders
∎ Implement and maintain public relations strategy for the Company with the stakeholders for its smooth operation
∎ Provide guidance to the employees of the Company in managing public information on behalf of the Company
∎ Prepare, negotiate and implement contracts safeguarding the interest of the Company, as authorized by the Board
∎ Providing recommendations to the Board any changes and/or innovative ideas regarding, corporate strategies, policies, procedures or programs that are carry out the objectives of the Company

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of local laws, DSE/CSE and BSEC Rules & Regulations
∎ Strong understanding of Capital Markets
∎ Proficient in MS Office Application
∎ Have strong Leadership skills
∎ Have excellent interpersonal & communication skill
∎ Smart & pro-active
∎ Positive attitude towards others
∎ Seeking continuous improvement in entire business process
