Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth daily dealer operation of service & parts sales for motorcycle.
∎ Manage and control the service team (service engineers and mechanics) for smoother operation
∎ Monitor dealer, authorized service center, local mechanics & local parts shop operation to ensure optimum customer service.
∎ Communicate with head office & factory regarding product quality, warranty, operation, promotional activity and daily service activity.
∎ Work on continuous service development.
∎ Maintain relations with local technician, spare parts shop, dealer and other agents to know market situation and competitors' activity.
∎ Arrange and Manage training and skill development activities to develop the service quality
∎ Report activities and feedbacks on daily / weekly / monthly basis
∎ Maintain relation with customers, find out and provide proper support to their service-related problems and queries.
∎ Ensure service & spare parts availability at customers' door steps.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces & dealers satisfaction.
∎ Organize field service activities and campaigns.
∎ Verify warranty service contract coverage new & old customer.
∎ Processing to two-wheeler Makers code, Type approval from BRTA for registration purpose.
∎ Develop & monitor Mobile Service Team.
∎ Lead a service team of 25 to 30 service personnel.
∎ Office management and maintenance and reporting to management monthly.
∎ Lead and Direct Service team to achieve the departmental target as well as the company target
∎ CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) & other feedback Analysis Mythology Knowledge
∎ Oversee the Spare parts operation, inventory levels and procurement.
∎ Ensuring the availability of Spare Parts in the warehouse and also to the dealer point
∎ Preparation of yearly After Sales Service plan & budget.
∎ Local Technicians meet & local garage visit.
∎ Conduct training program for new dealers Manpower.
∎ Improvement area of the low performer dealer analysis Nationwide & SWOT analysis the low performer dealer. Improvement level up for low level to up level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Automobile experience preferable in multi brands.
∎ Must have interested to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Candidate those are having excellent knowledge in Computer Operating will be given preference.
∎ Well groomed, energetic & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to handle clients and satisfy them with the set service policies of the Organization.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Hardworking and positive attitude towards responsibilities.
∎ Strong problem solving skill.
