∎ At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
∎ Ex-defence service holder will be given preference.
∎ Good physical health is essential.
∎ Thorough knowledge on security services.
∎ Computer knowledge and technical skill, supervisory skill and training capacity required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary: The Head of Security is responsible for the overall security of the LAMB campus and Basundhara campus. Supervises general and hospital security guards and CCTV surveillance work. Responsible for developing effective security system and ensuring safety and security of the persons, materials and machines of LAMB, including control of Mob violence. Maintains effective security management system by following and keeping proper documents with policy and procedure. Identifies security risks and contribute to plans to mitigate them. Keeps liaison with different LAMB departments, police, local elites and reports to supervisor/management. Monitor & manage movement of employees during entry and exit along with visitor movement management, within the restrictions set by management. During emergencies, might be required to work beyond normal working hours.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎  Responsible for developing effective security system and ensure safety & security of the persons, materials & machines of LAMB.
∎  Ensure to maintain all records and register related to Security Compliance on regular basis.
∎  Ensure monitoring controlling & managing movement of employees during entry & exit along with visitor movement management as requested.
∎  Supervise, control and monitor security staff of LAMB.
∎  All important incidents / Information needs to be conveyed to the supervisor/ management at the time of incident. All anomalous activities to be monitored and to be forwarded to concerned persons as a daily incident report to supervisor.
∎  Ensure responsible security staff is preparing duty roster, leave, sick days and vacations for security staff and confirming their duties. In emergency cases need to perform securities duty.
∎  Maintain effective security management system by following & keeping proper documents with policy & procedure.
∎  Conduct fire Evacuation Drills and other training to enhance knowledge and awareness in respect of Safety & Security.
∎  Coordinate training on Fire, Safety and Security to all security guards and related persons regularly.
∎  Take initiative for security guards fitness.
∎  Ensure that record keeping of vehicle parking is maintaining.
∎  Liaison with Police who are staying in LAMB campus. Time to time look after police house and their facility.
∎  Build positive relationship with local elites, local govt and police of Parbatipur Thana. UP chairman and members.
∎  Stay alert about overall security situation of local and nationwide.
∎  Update LAMB authority about any potential risk / threat/ suspicion relates to LAMB.
∎  Does spot checks at any time, day or night, to ensure that guards are on duty and alert.
∎  Check security lights on compound to ensure that an adequate level of light is maintained at all times.
∎  Ensure checking of all fire-fighting equipment in right places, properly update and maintain them.
∎  On duty at all times (24hours ready for support) unless on authorized leave, duties done in coordination with other duties.
∎  Any other duties as required by the Supervisor or LAMB management.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Higher salary can be considered for experienced candidates. Other benefits include medical care at LAMB, provident fund and festival allowance once per year.
