Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the entire Sales & Marketing department working closely with the top management.
∎ Build Annual sales budget and marketing plan and its execution.
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing Team of High-end , Luxurious Gas Stove.
∎ Plan marketing, advertising and promotional activities and monitor productivity.
∎ Work with regional Sales teams to develop marketing communications strategies & action plans to meet revenue & margin goals.
∎ Meet the monthly sales target and identify a new market for expanding.
∎ Finalize production targets every month in line with sales target in co-ordination with production & production planning team.
∎ Liaison with factories to oversee product availability and inventory management as per the sales plans.
∎ Proactive knowledge on New Product Launch - using Marketing Channels to create qualitative and quantitative value for the Brand.
∎ Strategizing business directions ensuring profitability in line with organizational objectives. Formulating business plans for overall development & accomplishment of top-line and bottom-line.
∎ Supervise the sales team operation and plan to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targeted sales & Collection.
∎ Ensure the Sales Team is fully resourced and well-directed with clear guidelines for their own responsibilities/targets, and are provided with full support.
∎ Perform comprehensive market analysis and develop marketing strategies for new product categories.
∎ Define pricing strategy, trade schemes to drive sales and accomplishment of targets.
∎ Monitor & review sales performance to deliver objectives in terms of Sales, operating margins and market share.
∎ Meeting with marketing and sales team on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining a relationship, negotiation, and closing deals.
∎ Monitor and review distributor / dealer sales performance and take necessary steps to sustain growth.
∎ Directly supervising Manager, Area Sales Managers, monitoring the activities of them, Marketing & Sales, Distributors and providing regular feedback to management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint is required.
∎ Ability to present complex data in order to facilitate analysis and decision-making.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
∎ Must be team oriented and a problem solver.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Candidates with 12-20 years of proactive experience in Marketing & Sales Function with at least 5 years of experience in similar/top managerial position in the relevant industry (Water Pump) will get preference.
∎ Will be required to perform off site duties through the use of a company vehicle.
∎ Candidates having experience in Group of Companies or any other multinational company will get an advantage.
∎ Must have a valid driver's license.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Depending on length of experience, field of expertise, industry exposure, market value of skill sets acquired, company may offer higher compensation package than indicated above to acquire candidate`s services for full-time employment.
