Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
Define annual sales targets, territory strategies, and market penetration plans.
Drive growth across Enterprise ICT, Internet connectivity, security solutions, and managed services.
Lead and manage regional sales managers, key account managers, and enterprise sales teams.
Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, pipeline discipline, and results.
Build strategic relationships with banks, telecoms, large enterprises, universities, and government organizations.
Lead high-value enterprise deals and strategic negotiations.
Strengthen BRACNet’s position in enterprise ICT and digital infrastructure markets.
Identify new business opportunities in Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Data Center, and Managed Services.
Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends.
Drive new product commercialization and market adoption.
Oversee pipeline management, CRM reporting, forecasting, and sales performance analytics.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Improve sales processes, pricing strategies, and partner programs.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with service capabilities.
