∎ Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve divisional sales objectives/plan and revenues.
∎ Plan & Forecasting: In line with HC operational & strategic plan
∎ Pricing: Delivering threshold margin maintaining price harmony in each market/area
∎ Credit Management: Leading divisional CM and minimize HC credit exposure in line with HC credit policy
∎ Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Customers & decision makers, Market stakeholders, strategic partners, Influencers, cross-functional team and promote team culture within the sales & cross-functional teams.
∎ Business Development: New market opportunities, New product & services deployment, Distribution expansion
∎ Demand generation: Allocation of allocated promotional to maximize the impact
∎ Resource Planning & Leading: Resource planning, lead and manage the sales teams (RSM, ASH, Sales Promoter), providing guidance, coaching and support to drive high performance and exceed sales targets.
∎ Reporting: Monitor and analyze market & sales performance metrics to stay abreast of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape and provide regular reports and insights.
∎ Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance, implementing cultural principles of HM etc.
∎ Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental policy requirements are strictly fulfilled.
∎ Any other relevant tasks (as may be) assigned by the superior as and when required.
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Hands-on experience in sales & distribution in B2B/B2C in building material/FMCG/Engineering/Health Care industry; direct/indirect engagement/exposure to marketing will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Proven capability of a large team comprising full-time and outsourced staff with regard to performance thru empowerment
∎ Exposure to process-driven business organization
