Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directly manage field forces and field sales operations.
∎ Plan, organize, direct & control the respective sales staffs to meet the progress of sales target achievement.
∎ Achieve sales target by forecasting and developing annual/monthly sales plan for area-wise projecting expected sales volume for products.
∎ Plan and develop strategies for creating new distributors and retailers base.
∎ Visit distributors' point and retailer markets on regular basis.
∎ Ensuring, Searching & Appointing new distributor/retailer for gap point.
∎ Maintain an optimum level of ready stocks, and solve trade queries and hand problems in a professional manner.
∎ Ensure to achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distributors and retailers, productivity, coverage, visibility & merchandising.
∎ Organize a monthly meeting, give sales feedback, prepare market observation report & set individual ASO (Area Sales Operations) wise target.
∎ Achieve organizational goal by achieving month to month given target through sincere effort.
∎ Monitor different promotional offer & trade offer (distributors and retailers).
∎ Closely observe competitors activities & report to supervisor.
∎ Prepare monthly reports (sales, collection, and credit) and submit to the management on a regular basis.
∎ To be Manage 30-40 Sales persons properly.
∎ Ability to travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ To achieve any other goal that set up by the management.
∎ Any other tasks as & when assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-8 years' experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicant should be customer focused, thriving on passion, commitment, and experience in B2B sales. Also has the relevant skills:
∎ Must be self-motivated and have a can-do attitude
∎ Must be willing to work within a team and also independently
∎ Must be computer literate - website, social media, Microsoft Office
∎ Good communication skills and a friendly personality
∎ Must have the ability to recognize issues and implement changes for improvements.
