Experience:
Define and execute the strategic sales and marketing roadmap to achieve revenue growth, market leadership, and profitability targets for the Pipe Division.
Take full ownership of P&L performance, including sales revenue, margins, and cost management.
Expand and optimize nationwide dealer, distributor, and retail networks, ensuring coverage, profitability, and brand loyalty.
Lead institutional and project sales, including government tenders, infrastructure projects, private sector contracts, and large-scale bulk orders.
Oversee marketing and brand positioning, including campaign planning, exhibitions, trade shows, digital marketing, and market intelligence.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy to ensure competitive advantage and sustainable growth.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales and marketing team, setting clear KPIs, succession plans, and incentive systems.
Ensure alignment between sales forecasts, production planning, and logistics for timely delivery and optimal inventory management.
Strengthen dealer and institutional relationships through regular engagement, support programs, training, and loyalty initiatives.
Act as a liaison with head office, factory, and management to translate corporate strategy into actionable field plans.
Drive new business development, including product diversification, geographical expansion, and entry into untapped market segments.
Implement risk management practices, including credit control, market volatility mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
Represent the company in industry forums, trade associations, and high-level client meetings to enhance corporate reputation.
Monitor sales KPIs, market share, brand performance, and operational efficiency, and report insights to the CEO/board.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh labor law, tax, VAT, and BSTI/quality certifications while upholding corporate governance standards.
Travel extensively to ensure market presence, dealer supervision, and institutional client engagement.
