Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Marketing, Business Administration or related field/ science background from reputed University
∎ Job Location: As per job requirement

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To aid top management for comprehensive sales and marketing by implementing road map.
∎ Develop, negotiate and complete commercial agreements for the use of infrastructure as required.
∎ Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
∎ Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
∎ Develop Sales Prospect Pipeline and implement sales and marketing strategies and initiatives
∎ Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing LP sales and marketing teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
∎ Support and help sales executives to close sales if required.
∎ Review and organize timely collections of credit provided to customers within agreed payment period to ensure cash flow position of company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 12 years + in Sales and Marketing in Reputed Oil & Gas Industry preferably in LPG sector
∎ Minimum 5 years hands on experience as an National Sales Manager in Reputed Oil & Gas Industry preferably in LPG sector
∎ Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel
∎ Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both Bangla and English with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people
∎ Broad knowledge of domestic LP gas sector including commercial and operational experience

Salary: Negotiable
