Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan & develop marketing strategy to sales of health & hygiene products.
∎ To plan and execute various trade marketing programs for Whole sellers, Retailers and End-users.
∎ To develop efficient & effective action program on Trade marketing to boost up sales.
∎ To Plan territory wise sales forecast according to the national budget of the company involve in sales.
∎ To monitor & manage the field forces i.e. sales Representatives, Merchandiser, Supervisors, Regional Coordinators, Area Managers, Distributors, Distribution Channel Managers, Sales Man, Deliveryman, Peon, Driver, Guard etc.
∎ To maintain promotional mix, product bonus & Product sample.
∎ To arrange & conduct seminar & symposium with the professionals engaged in sales.
∎ To arrange Training program for the field forces to prepare & various strategic planning on marketing issues to the management.
∎ To maintain effective budgetary control and growth in market share.

∎ Age at least 35 years
