Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed university.
MBA will be an added advantage.

Skills Required: Additional Requirements: Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive professional experience in sales.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Leadership role (e.g., Head of Sales, General Manager-Sales, Director) within the reputed organization.
Proven track record of success in leading large sales teams and achieving high-value property sales.
Strong client management and presentation ability.
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent proficiency in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Must be target-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Experience in digital marketing, ads (Social media, google, you tube etc.).
Responsibilities & Context: We are a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in land development, luxury apartments, commercial spaces and hotel & resorts in Dhaka, Patuakhali. We seek an experienced, strategic, and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales division, drive market expansion, and ensure we meet our aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate must have a profound understanding of the Bangladeshi real estate market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Implement robust sales strategies and operational plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure maximum performance, setting clear KPIs, providing coaching, and ensuring high performance and discipline.
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to final booking and documentation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and branding activities.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer service departments.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to develop effective sales tactics.
- Forge strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, institutional buyers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Project Management teams for seamless project launches and inventory management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulatory bodies and company policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of real estate laws, project features, and market dynamics.
