Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment targets.
∎ Identify and explore new markets to increase business opportunities and expand the customer base.
∎ Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to define and monitor sales goals and performance.
∎ Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds monthly targets by monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.
∎ Analyze sales data, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
∎ Report on monthly sales performance, market conditions, and improvement areas.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
∎ Provide training and guidance to the team, focusing on improving telesales techniques and customer engagement.
∎ Lead the team in managing social media leads and converting them into successful sales.
∎ Oversee and ensure successful lead conversations and conversions from inquiries to confirmed admissions.
∎ Supervise and manage the telesales team, ensuring efficiency and achieving sales goals.
∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
∎ Prepare and present sales reports to senior management with insights on performance and future strategies.
∎ Provide regular updates on team progress, market conditions, and new opportunities.
