Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
∎ As a Head of Sales and Marking Officer establish sales, quotas, sales policy, develop marketing programs, advertising management, event support, online and offline promotions, create functional strategies and specific objects for sub functions and develops, managers' budget, and evaluate sales performance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Prorated for Clinical and Cosmetics products
∎ Minimum 8-10 Years of experience on related field within a fast paced and dynamic environment.
∎ The candidate must have proven and successful ability to lead a group of sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volume.
∎ Candidate also must have successful ability in evaluating product/market situations and analyzing raw data and information, transforming it into actionable sales strategies and approaches.
