Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing as the Head of Sales and Marketing for Managing the overall sales & marketing part of Al Amin Enterprise
∎ coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Should be able to handle project liaison & coordination activities for any new establishment or the existing development.
∎ Generating sales report on monthly basis.
∎ Completing & growing monthly/quarterly sales against targets.
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitor's activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
∎ Review sales policies and update policies and curriculum as needed.
∎ Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environment.
∎ Plan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insights.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Vast knowledge productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
