Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
∎ Lead the creation and execution of both short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.Sales Management:
∎ Achieve periodical sales target, as agreed with management ensuring bottom line Oversee and mentor the sales team to ensure effective performance, motivation, and professional development.
∎ Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed goals.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand the company’s client base and market share.Marketing Strategy:
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales objectives.
∎ Oversee market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
∎ Manage the creation and execution of digital marketing, content marketing, social media, and traditional advertising strategies.Customer Relationship Management:
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
