Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Strategy Alignment: Lead the development of financial plans and budgets that incorporate key elements of the ICT division and supply chain, ensuring that demand and supply strategies are synchronized with overall financial goals.
∎ ICT Division Financial Planning: Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the ICT division’s business, ensuring that it aligns with company-wide financial objectives and drives profitability.
∎ Supply Chain Demand & Supply Strategy: Work closely with the supply chain team to assess demand forecasts, supply capabilities, and financial constraints, adjusting strategies to optimize costs and meet revenue objectives.
∎ Financial Analysis & Reporting: Provide actionable insights and recommendations on the financial performance of the ICT division and supply chain, with a focus on cost optimization, efficiency, and alignment with revenue streams.
∎ Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual financial plans, quarterly forecasts, and long-term projections, ensuring that all ICT and supply chain operations remain within the defined financial budget.
∎ Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide insights into deviations that may affect profitability oroperational efficiency.
∎ Collaboration Across Departments: Collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and ICT teams to ensure that strategies are aligned with financial projections and revenue targets.
∎ Risk Management & Scenario Planning: Lead financial modeling and scenario analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities within the ICT division and supply chain, recommending actions to mitigate risks while enhancing profitability.
∎ KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ICT and supply chain efficiency and financial outcomes, ensuring that targets are achieved and adjusted as needed.

∎ Position Overview:
∎ The FP&A Lead will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis across multiple departments, with a key focus on overseeing the ICT division's business financial planning. This includes coordinating between financial budgets, revenue streams, and supply chain strategies, while ensuring that ICT operations are aligned with the company’s overall financial objectives. You will lead with the finance team and closely work with ICT leadership, procurement, logistics, and business leaders to optimize costs, enhance profitability, and maintain effective resource allocation across all areas. Your role will also involve monitoring the performance of the ICT division’s financial health and ensuring its alignment with the broader business goals.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
