∎ Currently we are looking for dynamic, smart and efficient personnel with relevant skills and knowledge under Business Development & Customer Solutions department in Air Alliance Ltd.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure an increased market share and profitability by business development through Direct Sales, Alternate Channel Sales & Special programs like “Call’n Ship”, etc.
∎ Strategize on the existing product lines, with heavier packs, to ensure an increase in profitability.
∎ Drive high levels of customer service standards across the organization with a view to always satisfying the external customers.
∎ Ensure that business goals are aligned with strategic plans and cascade the goals to the last level in the sales forces.
∎ Direct and supervise the sales force to achieve the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
∎ Utilize and develop sales performance quality measurement tools to determine the achievement of sales goals and evaluate sales team and individual performance levels.
∎ Review monthly visibility, volume, revenue, claims, churn, gainers, decliners, and expense data to ensure country-specific business objectives and service requirements are being met.
∎ Visit existing and potential clients regularly to ensure high levels of customer service and business development for the organizations.
