Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in Marketing or Management)/ MS/ B.Sc in Ag/ B.Sc in Engineering/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales, Retail and direct sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building up strong leadership skills in Sales.
∎ Organizing, build and lead the Sales team plan and prepare action plans to achieve the target.
∎ Attaining Sales target of the team.
∎ Identifying key areas of Sales and improve in the sales process to achieve the best possible results.
∎ Spotting Sales opportunities for new customers for getting business.
∎ Monitoring daily Sales tracking and Sales variance.
∎ Forecasting and ensuring the Sales target and attain the result.
∎ Collecting, forecasting and analyzing the market data for operating and executing plan.
∎ Developing process for identifying the potential customers and maintaining strong liaison with them.
∎ Identifying Sales strategy to compete with competitors for maximization of Company's goals and profitability.
∎ Preparing yearly Sales budget and monitor its implementation regularly.
∎ Handling Sales team, Dealer and the Customer.
∎ Performing any other assignment as assigned by the authority from time to time.
∎ Reporting to the top management on Sales performance and justification for business outcome.
∎ Maintain close liaison with marketing team and work in coordination with them to achieve the goals of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical 8-10 years experience in Sales.
∎ Should have strong communication skills.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal skills to maintain very good relationships with different sets of people. Specially dealer, Customer and related segment of people.
∎ Should have good team working abilities.
∎ Should have a direct and intensive approach and be willing to work long hours.
∎ Self motivated ability to work independently and work to tight deadlines.
∎ He should capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have positive attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
