∎ Skills Required: ERP Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Marketing Strategies, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Proactive, Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail sales operations, sales and Distribution
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design distribution coverage frame work.
∎ Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
∎ Leading and motivating sales team to improve customer service with clients.
∎ Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
∎ Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
∎ Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities.
∎ Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.
∎ Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
∎ Establishing a sales training program to train new employees.
∎ Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
∎ Monitoring stock flow, market movement, and sales promotions to ensure successful execution.
∎ Coordinate with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
∎ Address customer issues and queries in a timely fashion.
∎ Prepare sales contracts, proposals and reports for management and customers.

∎ Age at least 35 years
