∎ Master in any discipline from UGC granted University. In case of extensive experience Bachelor's degree will also be considered.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, implement and monitor policies and programs relating to all aspects of the Bank's Security and Safety Program.
∎ Administers security devices and settings at all Bank facilities; identifies, analyzes, and controls existing and potential safety hazards; and provides security and safety training, support and guidance to all Bank personnel.
∎ Directly handles issues related to robberies, threats, fires, accidents, or other related security, safety or business disruption issues, and acts as a liaison between Bank personnel, state and law enforcement authorities.
∎ Monitors branch security activities; ensures alarm testing and entrance and exit to facility testing is performed regularly; and ensures security and surveillance systems are operational.
∎ Arranges safety and fire inspections for all Bank facilities; reviews the results of safety and fire extinguisher inspections and ensures deficiencies are corrected
∎ Responsible for arranging the security for all BBL events.
∎ Develop emergency procedures and incident responses, prioritize security initiatives, implement video surveillance and investigate security breaches.
∎ Preparation of annual budget and analyze budget variances and progress report.
∎ Ensure smooth Cash in Transit (CIT) services from ATM Services Center (ATMSC) to different ATM booths, Bangladesh Bank and in different branches.
∎ Responsible for the activities related to Fire safety & act as the prime coordinator during any fire related emergencies.
∎ Develop and implement process related to fire safety & conduct regular emergency evacuation drills in all premises of BRAC Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of work experiences in managing Security and Safety of reputed organization.
∎ Competent knowledge and skills to manage administrative, projects, logistics, security issues of an enterprise.
∎ Communication and interpersonal skills to manage heterogeneous internal and external stake holders
