Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline from a reputed university having no Third Class/ Division/ Equivalent GPA/CGPA in the Academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop retail strategies, vision & plan in order to attain growth & profitability for the Bank based upon a Market based Methodology.
∎ Organizes direct and control retail banking activities and resources in order to meet retail banking objectives of the Bank.
∎ Assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement and monitor retail banking strategy in order to gain and sustain the bank's competitive edge and results.
∎ Follow up market intelligence and marketing plans in order to meet retail banking strategic objectives.
∎ Formulate new retail products in line with market demand
∎ Identify customer needs, initiate action and follow up in order to meet customer expectations in the branches.
∎ In-depth understanding of business and functions related to Retail Division.
∎ The candidate should have in-depth knowledge on analysis of Bank financials and other department functions in a bank. Should be able to analyze market conditions and identify opportunity for business.
∎ Excellent innovative, marketing, communication, organizing and leadership skills.
∎ Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 20 (Twenty) years of banking experience out of which 05 (five) years as Head of Retail in a scheduled commercial Bank.
∎ Strong leadership ability.
∎ Strategic state of mind.
∎ Outstanding ability to lead and manage.
∎ Continually drive effective results.
∎ Communicate effectively at all levels.
