∎ Skills Required: Internet Browsing, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Negotiation Skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Automobile, Micro Credit, Recovery, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and highlight receivable position and guide related personal for smooth collection.
∎ contribute in the decision making process of the management.
∎ Analyse everyday performance of the recovery team and take appropriate action for improvement.
∎ Supervise different zones for effective recovery.
∎ Visit different zones and customers/ dealers to monitor and solve problems being faced by the zones.
∎ Forecast and submit plan of recovery at the begining of the month.
∎ Settle customers cases/problems.
∎ Train team members working the field for giving better service to the customer and good recovery.
∎ Carry out market research and compare with our counter part to achieve better result.
∎ Ensure discipline, administration and punctuality of the team members working in different zone.
∎ Conduct performance appraisal of members.
∎ Ensure safety and security of the personnel and material employed for recovery.
∎ Regular interaction with the customers, dealers, sales and service team to meet the customer need.
∎ Meeting and informing outstanding debts and spell out deadlines to concerned stake holders.
∎ Arrange feedback up and down the chain.
∎ Be able to work in outdoor for any assigned duties.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
