∎ Age at least 37 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead entire Garments quality team in order to confirm quality SOP at various AQL stations (fabric, cutting, accessories, embellishment, sewing, finishing, warehouse )as well as proper documentation
∎ Work with different entities (PD, Merchandiser, IE, Sample, Production, Maintenance) to give all kinds of approval for bulk production
∎ Ensure quality department is functional at various points of operations
∎ Perform final inspection of all POs
∎ Cooperate during External Quality Audit
∎ Perform test cutting follow up for any kind of pattern adjustment
∎ Organize technical meetings and ensure relevant documents, sample, tec pack, approvals etc are produced and discussed
∎ Organize periodical meetings to identify areas of improvement, review operational progress and team KPI
∎ Organize periodic meetings with operations, marketing as well as execution teams in order to understand if the quality support is sufficient to the customers
