Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textiles Engineering/ Management Graduate
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI, and ensure the quality garments to reflect the customers' requirements.
∎ Ensure quality of fabrics and involve the thorough checking and inspection of fabrics prior to production and strives to ensure the best possible practice and this is kept up to date with industry standards.
∎ Involve in fit sessions with fabrics technologist and key accounts to ensure fitness of fabrics.
∎ Monitor daily report and analyze feedback for corrective and productive action.
∎ Organize performance and capability wise men power lay-out to ensure right people in right jobs.
∎ Liaise with customers' auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers' specifications;
∎ Follow up the audit and take action if required as well as carry out final inspection considering the shipment date and documenting the outcomes.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on Production Process.
∎ Planning skill.
∎ Knowledge on SAP.
∎ Knowledge on Costing, Material handling, Floor management, Management of Manpower and Machines effectively.
