Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in leather

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ •Customer claim management: Completion of the root cause analysis and corrective action plan for any claim from customer. Providing feedback through email and maintain the same in OMS system within lead-time.
∎ •AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) Inspection Control: Maintain a documented AQL control process through system.
∎ •IQC (Incoming materials quality control) management: Completion of the IQC process of any incoming materials within lead-time including report generation through system.
∎ •In line Quality Control management: Pre-production trial approval, Process control of each operation as per SOP.
∎ •Responsible for Quality report: Daily, weekly, monthly rejection report generation and root cause analysation.
∎ •Customer Inspection management: Managing inspection with the assigned Quality Team to avoid any rejection by preparing the goods in advance.
∎ •Responsible for developing and implementing Quality Management System (QMS) across the organization. Working with different functions to establish procedures, standards and systems for Quality Product
∎ •Develop core team and a motivated work force.
