Overview:

RFL Group is seeking a Head of Quality Control & Assurance to lead the QC/QA function for Plastics or Stationery business. The role is focused on ensuring global product quality, implementing QMS, and managing buyer compliance requirements. Candidates with a garments QC/QA background and experience with buyer audits and compliance systems are highly preferred.

• Lead Quality Control & Assurance, ensuring products meet quality standards in Plastics or Stationery business.
• Handle buyer compliance requirements and conduct internal, buyer, and third-party audits.
• Approve samples, in-line, pre-final, and final inspections.
• Implement Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and maintain QC/QA documentation.
• Lead and train QC/QA staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and QMS standards.
• Manage and maintain ISO and other quality certifications.
