Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and/or follow a schedule to oversee preventative maintenance of all systems such as electrical, civil/construction, mechanical, and other general duties as required by the company. Plan repair and installation activities after analyzing existing systems and mapping future strategies to ensure significant cost minimization and fewer breakdowns.
∎ Walk the factories/site periodically as & when required to identify areas that need repair or maintenance and follow up on corrective action.
∎ Assure all necessary logs are maintained to track information regarding the maintenance of the plants, building, and construction sites.
∎ Establish budget guidelines and procedures for ordering supplies. Assist in developing the annual maintenance budget. Maintain effective inventory and loss control program for the supplies, parts, tools, and equipment of the Utility & Maintenance Department.
∎ Coordinates compliance with BNBC, Accord, Alliance, OSHA, NFPA, and other relevant rules and regulations.
∎ Develop maintenance procedures and ensure proper implementation including all garments machine maintenance, Boiler & Generator Maintenance, etc.
∎ Responsible for Mechanical Design & Engineering functions as well as Preparing operational service and maintenance manuals for all machines & ensure its usage as same.
∎ Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance when electrical and mechanical problems are encountered.
∎ Lead maintenance & utility team and improve performance with training & counseling.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Good Knowledge and experience to handle complete maintenance, utility & civil related works of textiles & garments industry.
∎ Must have knowledge on modern technologies and sewing machines.
∎ Having in-depth knowledge and ability to incorporate techniques and development of attachments and folders to improve productivity and quality.
∎ High level of analytical ability where problems are very much complex.
∎ Must have the leadership skills and able to work independently and coordinate efficiently with the relevant departments to get the job done.
∎ Having can do attitude.
