Position: Head of Project Operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Project Operations for a Reputed Land Development Company under a Group of company to lead the project development planning, execution. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and drive successful implementation of project activities across all departments.

Job Responsibilities for Head of Project Operations:

• Project Management: Oversee planning, development, administration, and execution of all projects.

• Risk Management: Implement measures to protect company assets, personnel, and projects from internal and external threats.

• Community Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with local government officials and communities.

• Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including inventory management, reporting, and troubleshooting.

• Safety and Security: Prioritize safety and security of Project, personnel, materials, and documents.

• Environmental Stewardship: Maintain project site cleanliness and implement beautification initiatives.

• Construction: Ensure and supervise the construction for plot handover and project development.
