• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
• Diploma in Architecture

• Bachelor of Science (B. Arch.) in Architecture or Diploma In Interior design of reputed university or Institute.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

• Age 25 to 30 years

• Should have creative Idea of modern interior design
• Expert in 2D floor plan & 3D Design himself
• Skills Required: 2D, 3D design, AutoCAD, 3Ds-max, V Ray Render OR sketchUp, 3D Animation, Lumion

Concept & Space Planning:

• :Develop creative interior concepts aligned with the villa’s architecture, lifestyle, culture, and client preferences.
• Prepare functional space layouts, zoning plans, circulation flow, and furniture placement.

Design Development:

• Create mood boards, material palettes, color schemes, lighting concepts, and interior themes.
• Produce detailed drawings—floor plans, elevations, sections, joinery/furniture details, and ceiling layouts.
• Develop 3D visualizations and presentations for client approval.

Material, Finish & Product Selection:

• Select flooring, wall finishes, lighting fixtures, furniture, accessories, fabrics, and sanitary items.
• Evaluate sustainability, durability, and cost suitability of materials.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with structural, MEP engineers, landscape architects, and contractors to ensure design integration.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and quality control.
• Provide design clarifications and resolve site-related issues promptly.

Client Communication:

• Understand client lifestyle, budget, aesthetic preferences, and functional requirements.
• Present design proposals, take feedback, and incorporate revisions.
• Ensure client satisfaction from concept to project handover.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Prepare BOQs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

Project & Vendor Management:

• Coordinate with suppliers, carpenters, furniture makers, lighting consultants, and artisans.
• Review samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups before approval.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and procurement schedules.

Quality, Detail & Finishing:

• Ensure premium villa standards—luxury finishes, craftsmanship, detailing, ergonomics, and comfort.
• Conduct final inspection and oversee snagging before handover.
