∎ Age at least 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all the resources including man, machine, materials and other inputs are available for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure allocation of resources are effectively handled such that bottlenecks are reduced and production target is achieved.
∎ Establish mechanism to monitor regular progress regarding production, quality, productivity, efficiency and other related indicators.
∎ Ensure quality mechanism is functioning properly and products are meeting customer expectation and industry standard.
∎ Provide guidance to production team in order to achieve individual, line as well as floor wise/team wise goals.
∎ Utilize workforce and resources efficiently for on-time shipment of orders.
∎ Cooperate with IE and technical team in various activities such as process simplification, automation etc.
∎ Take full responsibility of production cost as well as identify cost-saving opportunities and implement the same.
∎ Monitor wages, expenses and other expenses in order to manage the workforce within budget.
∎ Ensure compliance is met in the production floor.
∎ Attend and offer valuable input in meetings with marketing, sales and other supporting departments in order to explore opportunities for further improvement.
