Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University with good academic record

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and supervise new strategic alliances for Premium Banking (PB) Set business strategy for achieving business growth.
∎ Maintain healthy relationship with existing strategic partners and monitor with ZERO Complain.
∎ Introduce new banking service & value proposition for PB segment.
∎ Develop segments & create market aligned value propositions for clients.
∎ Create market presence of PB through branding & communication.
∎ Supervise to prepare all the documentation (agreements, proposals etc.) for the strategic partners for signing partnership.
∎ Ensuring process advancement continuously for smooth operation of value propositions.
∎ Ensuring end to end communication with PB customers regarding all the value propositions.
∎ Organizing and properly executing events like customer engagement program for PB customers.
∎ Regular and timely submission of Business performance and other operational assistance report in an accurate manner.
∎ Design & launch campaigns to drive business growth.
∎ Up gradation/downgrading of PB portfolio.
∎ Manage Non-PB lounge branches PB portfolio.
∎ Ensuring effective monitor financial data and provide competitor and portfolio analysis.
∎ Co-ordination and liaison with various departments / divisions. (Marketing, Finance, Credit, Operations, ADC, Product, etc.)
∎ Successful implementation of PB projects.
∎ Monitor while ensuring good quality level of service to the PB customers through customers' and vendors' feedback on the basis of engagement, VAS feedback & RM feedback.
∎ Building up awareness about the offered propositions among PB team thru communication and discussion with the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-8 years of experience, with minimum 5 years' experience in Bank/NBFI
∎ Strong sales experience of banking products.
∎ Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues good interpersonal skill.
∎ supervisory and leadership skills required to manage, motivate, and develop employees
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
