Experience: 20+ years in Potato & seed productions/ Tissue Culture; minimum 10 years in leadership.
Strong knowledge of Global GAP, quality standards, and export compliance.
Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.

About the Role
Export Oriented Agro Based Company is seeking an experienced Head of Operation to lead our seed production, Potato crop cultivation, and tissue culture operations. The role ensures operational excellence, quality compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with Global GAP and export standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control & Compliance
Develop and enforce quality control policies and procedures for seed production and agricultural teams.
Ensure compliance with Global GAP standards and export quality requirements.
Identify and resolve quality issues before impacting final products.
2. Raw Material & Product Quality Oversight
Supervise inspection and evaluation of raw materials (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides).
Oversee and Planting Potato harvesting and post-harvest processes to maintain product quality.
Develop and implement testing methods (MRL, virus, fungi, bacteria) for quality assurance.
3. Planning Production & Farm Operations
Monitor seed production, crop cultivation, and tissue culture activities.
Plan and manage irrigation schedules for crops (e.g., rice, potato, seed crops).
Maintain records of quality control for all farm outputs.
4. Planning & Budgeting
Prepare annual production plans for seed and tissue culture departments.
Develop, monitor, and manage annual production budgets.
5. Research & Development
Identify and implement new technologies in tissue culture and seed production.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
6. Training & Team Development
Provide training to employees on quality control and operational procedures.
Build team capability across seed production, crop production, and laboratory functions.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Collect and analyze operational data to prepare reports on quality and performance.
Maintain proper documentation to ensure compliance and operational tracking.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with other departments for process improvements and organizational goal alignment.
9. Additional Responsibilities
Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
