Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and implement end-to-end operations strategy for courier and parcel delivery services.
∎ Set up logistics hubs, sort centers, delivery points, and routing mechanisms.
∎ Build and lead the full operations team including delivery personnel, warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators.
∎ Oversee day-to-day delivery operations, ensure on-time delivery and maintain operational excellence.
∎ Establish SOPs, service standards, parcel handling protocols, and emergency support systems.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), ensure process optimization and cost control.
∎ Manage rider hiring, training, and performance.
∎ Ensure safety standards, compliance with courier laws/regulations, and risk management.
∎ Identify opportunities for technology integration and automation in logistics flow.
∎ Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance repots to top management
