We are a new courier and logistics company preparing for an official launch in September 2025, with a soft launch starting from July 1st. Our goal is to partner with reliable and high-volume merchants from day one.To achieve this, we are hiring a full-time, permanent Merchant Acquisition Executive starting from August 2025. The selected candidate will play a key role in acquiring quality business leads and building long-term partnerships with corporate clients and e-commerce sellers. This is a field-based, target-driven role with direct and long-term impact on the company’s growth journey.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Identify and approach high-volume merchants (50+ parcels/day) in Dhaka and surrounding areas.

• Pitch our courier services and onboard merchants with long-term potential.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and e-commerce sellers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service activation.

• Meet monthly merchant acquisition targets and report progress to management.

• Collect market feedback and suggest improvements in service offerings.

• Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

• Ensure successful soft onboarding of merchants before September.
