Responsibilities & Context:
RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s most diversified and innovation-driven conglomerates, is inviting applications for the position of Head of Operation for its various business units.
The position demands an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven professional who can lead large-scale manufacturing operations, drive process excellence, ensure product quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end operational functions: Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Planning.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
Ensure compliance with ISO, BSTI, and other national/international standards.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Manage workforce planning, training, and performance development across multiple factories.
Monitor and control key operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.
Collaborate closely with Business Head, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to align operations with business goals.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation across all operational units.
