Responsibilities & Context:

The position demands an experienced, strategic, and performance-driven professional who can lead large-scale manufacturing operations, drive process excellence, ensure product quality, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the assigned business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operational functions: Production, Quality, Maintenance, SCM, and Planning.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO, BSTI, and other national/international standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

  • Manage workforce planning, training, and performance development across multiple factories.

  • Monitor and control key operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and resource optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with Business Head, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams to align operations with business goals.

  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation across all operational units.
