Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily operations in the garment production process.
∎ Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
∎ Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of production.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
∎ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive process improvements.
∎ Implement and manage health and safety standards.
∎ Resolve production issues and make sure the production targets are met.
∎ Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective production.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in business management, operations management, or a related field.
∎ 10 years of experience in operations management in the field of Knit & sweater, preferably in the garment factory or textile industry.
∎ Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Good communication in English.
