Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in SCM
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CMA Qualified will highly recommended.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the MCD team for effective management of store operation as an in-charge.
∎ Understanding the capacity and capability analysis of the factory.
∎ Understanding the specification and quality of Raw materials, WIP and Fixed Goods.
∎ Responsible for entering data & preparing of management reports based on computerized inventory/ERP system.
∎ Maintaining FIFO & LIFO system & follows Management /Company procedure.
∎ To prepare Consumption report for all product, General Material from ERP.
∎ Tracking system – BIN card and rack cell number established by visually and computerized in store.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ To follow up monthly raw material and finished goods requirement plan.
∎ Monitoring and coordinate the status of all surplus/left over/absolute/scrap items and to initiate action for disposal.
∎ Check daily movement report. Daily Stock level follow up.
∎ Coordinate with department head to ensure material receive and issue.
∎ Supervise stock position of materials.
∎ Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Before authorization, check the status of submitted indent from concerned section/department.
∎ Maintaining of all Order’s & Buyer’s ways after Shipment closing & Style closing reports.
∎ Any other job assigned by higher management.
∎ Inventory Analysis.
∎ Store Analysis.
∎ Demand Forecasting.
∎ In-bound and out-bound forecasting and flow calculation.
∎ Buffer and safety stock calculation.
∎ Reorder Level calculation.
∎ Cycle Stock calculation.
∎ Anticipation stock calculation and analysis.
∎ Understanding, calculating and recording raw materials, work in process, finished goods, goods for resale, stocks in transit, consignment stocks, and maintenance supply, wastage, defects and byproducts real-time hourly basis, for reports and visualization.
∎ Expert in Excel and Access for collecting, organizing, storing, analyzing and presenting of the data sets, inventory records, analysis etc.
∎ Calculating ordering cost, setup cost, holding cost, storage cost.
∎ Anticipating the storage and notifying the authority and procurement to avoid order cancellation.
∎ Must be an expert in root cause analysis and process analytical tools.
∎ Must be able to evaluate stocks and inventories and adjust and assume based on the best practice tools and direction.
∎ Measuring and valuing the wastage and defects and reporting it to audit, management and the production and operation to take actions.
∎ Material Consumption Tracking and Calculation.
∎ Throughput Accounting and Calculation.
∎ Planning the required raw materials for productions.
∎ Organization of the materials in the warehouse.
∎ Warehouse Management Expert.
∎ Material and Production Traceability for FMEA and Social Compliance.
∎ Specification and Technical Data Sheet records management.
∎ Archiving Management.
∎ Inventory Analysis and Uses in Application.
∎ Train the officers and staff needs basis with human resource.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Six Sigma Certification is highly valued.
∎ Expert Level Data Analysis.
∎ Accounting and CIMA Background is highly valued.
∎ SCM Background in academia, training or from top companies (MNCs).
