Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ B.Pharm(Professional)/M. Pharm from any reputed institution is an advantage
∎ Masters/MBA in Marketing from a Renowned Private University/Public University with relevant Training and Experience.
∎ Skills Required: Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Digital Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the organizational policies & strategies to compete with competitors.
∎ Undertake marketing and promotional strategies to ensure business-growth.
∎ Ensure the Branding of each marketing activity and also ensure the quality of marketing material.
∎ Develop and manage marketing campaigns.
∎ Measure and report performance of all sort of marketing campaigns and assess against goals.
∎ Identify market trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Collaborate and lead the Product Management Department (PMD) team.
∎ Prepare periodical reports.
∎ Other duties as per company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have the ability to lead the marketing team.
∎ Must know local and international markets.
∎ Must have an excellent command of English.
∎ Being familiar with Digital Marketing is an advantage.
