Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in commercial / Supply chain
∎ Prepare short term and long-term procurement plan
∎ Verifying market rate and analysis of different offers for local and foreign sources.
∎ Analyze market and delivering systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
∎ Arrangements of all procedures for all sort of procurement and manage any materials required within the right time by issuing purchase orders with complete management approval process.
∎ Prepare of all purchase or work order based on inter management approved documents.
∎ Collect and analysis the material consumption related data and prepare variance statement in line with the consumption month.
∎ Maintain /updating the records of goods ordered and received and preparemonthly departmental procured summary.
∎ Check & verifying all kind of purchase bills according to approved purchase order and note sheet.
∎ To conduct & process all kinds of L/C activities. Execute, Coordinate, Monitor LC related works. To assist in preparing all files regarding opening of L/C and submit to bank.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
