∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Define marketing strategies to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
∎ Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
∎ Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
∎ Should have sound knowledge of RMC business in our country.
∎ Build & develop close relationship with prospective clients, government engineers (Specially PWD, RHD, RAJUK & LGED), private engineers, consultants& architects.
∎ Keep liaison and attend technical meeting with Managing Director, Director, Consultants, Engineers, Architects & Real estate Company
∎ Operational planning and ensure the implementation to boast the sales forces
∎ Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique "voice"
∎ Overseeing the planning, development, and execution of an organization's marketing and advertising initiatives.
∎ Ensures the organization's message is distributed across channels and to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives
∎ Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)
∎ Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
∎ Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having experience in overseas similar organization will get preference.
∎ Have analytical skills, leadership skills and decision-making ability
∎ Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
∎ Understanding of changing market dynamics
