∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ Skills Required: Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Government Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Team Leader (Sales)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales, Trading/ Wholesale/ Indenting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Furniture, Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
∎ Lead, manage and motivate different team to achieve company goals.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning and execution.
∎ Develop a strong relationship with new & existing Clients & Key Customers.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development of Marketing.
∎ Develop and implement a distinctive business strategy to improve current business status.
∎ Forecast market needs, extensive knowledge on target based marketing management, and ensure sales target.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
∎ Prepare monthly reports as required by management.
∎ Creating client database and report to the Management.
∎ Provide strong leadership and prepare the team members in achieving the company's goals.
∎ Strongly Maintain Supply chain.
∎ Maintain good relationship and liaison with Govt. and private authority.
∎ Strongly monitor receivable and delivery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Minimum 8 -10 years'experience in Marketing & Sales and 3 years in relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Furniture Marketing, Interior Project, Tendering & Govt. supply.
∎ Should be able to lead Team members.
∎ Sound knowledge on Tendering, Furniture, Interior Project & Govt. Supply.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, decision making, planning and presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven and innovative attitude.

Salary: Negotiable
