Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute a targeted marketing plan to generate investor interest in the resort/hotel share sale.
∎ Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investor segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
∎ Create compelling marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and investor prospectuses, that effectively communicate the value proposition and investment potential.
∎ Implement digital marketing strategies to reach a wide range of potential investors through various channels, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
∎ Plan and execute investor events, roadshows, and presentations to showcase the resort/hotel's investment opportunity.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with the overall share sale strategy.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential investors, financial institutions, and industry influencers to expand the network of potential buyers.
∎ Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize investor engagement and share sale success.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and innovative marketing approaches.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 years or more proven experience in a senior marketing role, specifically in share sales within the hospitality or real estate industry.
∎ Strong understanding of financial markets and the investment landscape.
∎ Excellent knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, with expertise in investor relations and attracting potential investors.
∎ Demonstrated success in driving successful share sales and achieving targets.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment information to potential investors.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a marketing team.
∎ Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
