∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Apparel Manufacturing Process, Buying House, Knit garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total marketing department for multiple accounts.
∎ Determine appropriate price quotations to ensure sales orders and maintain profitability.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the marketing department.
∎ Query negotiation with current and new buyers and convert them to orders.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of all Knit garments from foreign buyers.
∎ Ensure collection of order from buyer/buying house directly.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
∎ Should have links with all kinds of foreign reputed buyers and have the ability to get unlimited export orders.
∎ The candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of garment fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology. Must be creative and have a strong understanding of the products
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh buyer.
∎ Should be a visionary leader of a marketing team handling multiple accounts and variety of products in knit garments business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong product knowledge on all knit items.
∎ Familiar with the process flow and requirements of international customers.
∎ Strong communication skills, on email and in conversations with foreign buyers.
∎ Strong background on garment product costing, order follow-up and execution.
∎ Able to communicate with overseas offices & suppliers on development and order- related information and on day-to-day marketing activities and approvals.
∎ Having strong leadership quality, mentality, interpersonal skills and able to run a team effectively and able to motivate the team and achieve goals set by the company management.
