Job Context:
∎ 100% Export Oriented Knit Composite Company
∎ Located at- House-44, Road-02, Kutubail, Fatullah, Narayangonj.
∎ Mailing/Corporate Address-34/1, Darussalam Road, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for creating new buyer & performing marketing for knit Garments products.
∎ Should be very good at numbers, analytics, costing, and overall business acumen.
∎ To collect quotations and prepare comparative statements for management decisions
∎ Strong in Negotiations and convincing skills to develop a wide network of suppliers and vendors
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of Knit based garments.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge.
∎ Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To follow up with planning/production.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.
