Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promoting all brands within the guideline (CI and SI) of the principal companies through different channels of marketing communication.
∎ Report submission to HQ on monthly Sales on all brands, monthly Sales activity recorder by all Sales RM, competitors pricing and BRTA registration data.
∎ Maintaining communication with the principals on Marketing activities and reimbursement/claim issues.
∎ Forecast annual Marketing plan and budget for all brands and Strategic planning for existing brands as well as upcoming.
∎ Design and implement Marketing campaigns for Sales & Service as and when necessary and Periodical corporate marketing campaign for enhancement of brand awareness.
∎ Design and implement launching campaigns for new car models and new brands whenever applicable.
∎ Ensuring Media support on different events and placement of ads in different electronic and print media at a competitive rate.
∎ Overall vendor management for all Marketing activities.
∎ Marketing intelligence support for Sales team in terms of competitors pricing, BRTA registration & other info.
∎ Monitoring customer feedback on a regular basis and manage good customer relationship in order to create brand loyalty.
∎ Execute joint promotional campaign with banks, leasing and other corporate houses.
∎ Monitoring and analysing market trends
∎ Studying competitors' products and services
∎ Exploring ways of improving existing products and services
∎ Focussing on increasing profitability by preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets
∎ Presenting findings and suggestions to company directors
∎ Supporting and managing the marketing team
∎ Attending trade shows, conferences and sales meetings
