Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Graduation in Sales & Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Market and competitor's information collection.
∎ Prepare monthly marketing reports, as per brand requirements.
∎ Input into the yearly and monthly marketing budget.
∎ Track Press ad, compile and add to the respective report.
∎ Content development for creatives.
∎ Gift items development for customers.
∎ Stock maintenance and distribution of product line-up, brochures and gift item.
∎ Maintain PR with Media (Print & Electronic) and Competitors; coordination with TV, Radio and Press Media.
∎ Photo shoot as per requirement i.e. in-house and showroom display vehicles and outdoor shoot for social media upload, for Brochure print, vehicles handover and as per management requirement.
∎ Hyundai Showroom Signage maintenance as per CI guideline.
∎ Develop Promotional items for all brands.
∎ All kinds of vehicles branding.
∎ Event Management (indoor & outdoor).
∎ All kinds of vendor maintenance, negotiation and finalization.
∎ Budget Plan for Events and execution of model face lift launching.
∎ Monitor overall indoor & outdoor branding.
∎ Develop Diary, calendar and notebook every year.
∎ General:
∎ Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
∎ Liaise with Sales, HR, IT, commercial, marketing, workshop, logistics, accounts and finance department and involve in teamwork for the benefit of the company.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
∎ Must have general knowledge of computers, operate MS Office effectively.
∎ Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Responsible for any other job assigned by the management.
